Koren holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice, providing a strong foundation in research, critical analysis, and audience focused storytelling. This academic background supports a strategic marketing approach that balances data driven insight with compelling, human centred content.

Her early career included hands on experience within television news environments, building strong editorial discipline and an understanding of how messaging lands under pressure. She later transitioned into marketing roles spanning global brand environments, healthcare, professional services, and digital first businesses.

Koren has extensive experience across content strategy, public relations, email marketing, and digital campaigns, having worked both in house and within agency settings. She has also delivered freelance digital marketing services, partnering with businesses to develop cohesive brand messaging and marketing systems that drive measurable growth.

At Clinch Group, Koren is responsible for shaping the brand voice, overseeing content and digital strategy, and ensuring all marketing supports the firm’s commercial objectives. Harry Proskefalas

Harry Proskefalas is a senior franchise and commercial property specialist with more than 25 years’ experience across franchise ownership, network leadership, and advisory roles.

Harry has operated as a multi-unit Franchise Owner across several brands, giving him strong commercial insight into franchise performance, unit economics, and exit strategy. As State Manager at Bakers Delight Holdings, he was responsible for supporting and managing a network of more than 60 franchisees, driving operational standards, network performance, and sustainable growth across the state.

In addition to corporate leadership, Harry has advised franchise brands on franchise development, network growth, and franchise resales. His experience includes supporting Australian franchise systems to scale locally, as well as assisting international brands entering the Australian market, with a strong focus on compliance, property strategy, and franchisee recruitment.

Harry also brings hands-on capability across commercial property sales and leasing, enabling an integrated approach to franchise growth and resales where site selection, lease structures, and business value are closely aligned.

Known for his practical, relationship-driven approach, Harry is focused on delivering clear commercial outcomes and supporting franchisors and franchisees through growth, transition, and exit.

Mike Fuller

Mike Fuller is an Adelaide, South Australia based franchise specialist with over 20 years’ experience building, scaling, and restructuring franchise systems across Australia and international markets.

He played a central role in the global expansion of Cartridge World, relocating to San Francisco to establish the US franchise infrastructure and award Master Franchise rights across the United States and Canada. He later returned to Australia to design and lead Master Franchise training programs, appointing and training approximately 20 international Master Franchisees.

Following the private equity acquisition of Cartridge World, Mike became Managing Director for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, and later Global Master Franchise Development Director. His role included appointing, training, restructuring, and exiting Master Franchisees, and developing global operational frameworks to support scalable growth.

Mike works with franchisors to:

> Grow and restructure franchise networks
> Appoint, support, and exit franchise partners
> Prepare franchise systems for resale or exit
