The Window Is Closing
Final FIA 8856-2018 certification testing for AURUM-X is currently underway at BTTG in Shirley, Manchester, the world’s leading accredited motorsport safety testing facility. Every preliminary test result has come back exactly where the team expected. Certification is not a question of whether. It is a question of when, and when is this month. When that approval lands, this opportunity changes permanently.

The investor conversation before FIA certification and the investor conversation after it are two entirely different things. Right now, a small number of qualified investors can participate at ground floor, before the credential that every FIA-sanctioned suit manufacturer in the world will need is officially in hand. That window is open for days, not months.

What AURUM-X Actually Is
AURUM-X is a proprietary advanced fire protection material developed by KT Racing Pty Ltd, an Australian company. It was engineered from the ground up to exceed the thermal performance requirements of FIA 8856-2018, the mandatory global standard for all sanctioned motorsport race suits in force since 1 January 2022.

Internal testing put AURUM-X at 311 kW·s/m² thermal protection against an FIA minimum of 126. That is not a marginal improvement on what exists. It is a categorically different material. In addition our testing results supersedes all minimum standards set by FIA 8856-2018. It contains zero PFAS compounds, incorporates proprietary Carbon-X thread technology, and sits behind eight layers of intellectual property protection including chemistry, weave architecture, manufacturing process, trade secrets, and the FIA homologation record itself.

An independent IP valuation has been commissioned by Rushmore Group. The technology is verified. The data is real.

Why the Timing Matters
In August 2025, DuPont sold Nomex, the material that has dominated FIA fire protection for decades, to private equity firm Arclin for USD $1.8 billion. The company that owned the incumbent standard chose to exit it. That decision did not happen without reason.

AURUM-X enters a market where the dominant player has withdrawn from next-generation development, a mandatory standard upgrade has voided all legacy certifications globally, and a fleet-wide replacement cycle across every FIA-sanctioned category is already underway. The field is open. The timing is not a coincidence.

FIA homologation is also an internationally recognised thermal protection credential beyond motorsport. Military, defence, firefighting, aerospace and industrial PPE represent markets measured in the tens of billions of dollars. The motorsport certification is the key that opens all of them.

Who This Is For
This is open exclusively to sophisticated investors under section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). No public offer. No prospectus. If you understand what FIA certification means for the company that owns the next mandatory safety material in global motorsport, you already know why the next few days matter.
